FleetOS respects intellectual-property rights. A rights holder may send a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the notifier's contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement and the notifier's signature. FleetOS may remove or disable access to content when required by applicable law or platform policy and may address repeat infringement.
For United States DMCA safe-harbor procedures, FleetOS will rely on 17 U.S.C. §512 only after the applicable U.S. FleetOS entity has an active Copyright Office designated-agent registration and the designated-agent contact is published in the FleetOS Legal Center. Until that gate is verified, no document or product interface should claim DMCA safe-harbor status.
Copyright/IP notices may be sent to info@fleetapp.net. Counter-notices and restoration procedures are handled when applicable law requires them.
