Version 5.7.2 — Effective August 20, 2026
This Policy explains cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage and similar technologies used on fleetapp.net and FleetOS applications. Essential technologies necessary for security, authentication, fraud prevention, session continuity, legal acceptance evidence and core service functionality may operate without optional marketing consent where law permits.
Analytics and advertising technologies — including Google Analytics and any Google Ads, Meta or TikTok advertising integration — must remain disabled until the applicable consent/opt-out configuration for the market is active. Where consent is required, FleetOS will not load non-essential technologies until the user makes an affirmative choice. Where an opt-out preference signal is legally recognized, FleetOS will honor it as required.
Users can change optional tracking preferences through the FleetOS privacy/cookie controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed. The current vendor/category list must be generated from the approved subprocessor/tracking register, not hard-coded in this Policy.
