Version 5.7.2 — Effective August 20, 2026
These Guidelines describe how FleetOS handles government and law-enforcement requests. Requests must identify the requesting authority, legal process, affected account/data, jurisdiction and return contact. FleetOS evaluates the request against the law applicable to the Local FleetOS Entity holding or controlling the requested data. A request directed to one FleetOS country entity does not automatically authorize access to another country entity's records.
FleetOS seeks to disclose only data legally required and reasonably responsive to valid process. Emergency requests involving imminent risk of death or serious physical injury are reviewed under an expedited emergency process and must include the factual basis for the emergency. FleetOS may preserve data when legally required by a valid preservation request.
Cross-border requests are handled through the legally available international process or other lawful transfer basis. FleetOS may notify affected users unless prohibited by law, court order, safety concerns or the integrity of an investigation. Requests should be sent to info@fleetapp.net and clearly marked for Legal / Law Enforcement Response.
